Dinner today was a quick two course just cause it was Friday… You know just cause.
Starter was a Skagentoast – which is a Swedish favorite toast with a shrimp, crayfish, red onion, roe and creme fraiche-mix.
And for entre we made a BBQ-chickenfileet, home fries, chili-bearnaise, grilled corn on the cob and chili button mushrooms.
