I found these, Silicups, silicon muffin forms at Williams-Sonoma.
I love them. Individual muffin tins that are easily peeled of the muffin and
easily washable. Also it’s pretty smart that you don’t have to use a whole
muffin tin if you just want to make 2 muffins for example. These tins hold 2 oz and can be bought in a
package of 12, for $24. Apparently if you live in Sweden, Lagerhaus has silicon
tins, bigger ones though, for 99 kr each. I’ll be sure to buy these cups as
soon as they come to Sweden.
