Lördagen innan vi åkte till Kanada var vi verkligen överbokade, fast bara med roliga saker =) Överbokade låter ju verkligen inte som något trevligt men när det handlar om 2 födelsedagsfester, 1 bröllop och mina föräldrars hemkomst. Grevinnans 30-års fest, RGK-A och Ingengörens bröllop i Uppsala, Sysslingens tvillingars 2-års kalas och lite trevligt inplanerat med föräldrarna var inte helt lätt att få ihop. Wakey pakey
Yes, our roadtrip yesterday wen’t to Lund and Andy’s brother. Renovation weekend part 2 – the Continuation. Our portable inflatable bed, actually not to shabby to sleep in. We just haf breakfast and the boys are discussing the days first (and maybe only, depending if all goes well) task… Rebuilding the closets.
Dinner – a tasteing plate
We didn’t really feel like dinner last night, so we made a little plate of goodies for dinner…
Lunch
I made a new chicken dish today, with stuff that I found in my fridge and pantry. It turned out really nice, lots of taste and great texture… I don’t really do the measuring thing but I used onions, white button mushrooms, chicken filets, cream, sambal oelek and other spices. Served with steamed veggies.
