Time for sunshine
It’s about that time of year where the sun loungers come out and I try to spend at least 30 minutes in the sun. I need it for my mood. Usually I read and just suck in the warmth of the sun in my winter-ridden body… There is still snow on the ground but it’s slowly melting into the ground. A homemade chicken curry
Spicy and creamy chicken curry seasoned with cinnamon, cardamon, ginger, paprika, coriander, garlic, fenugreek and lots of other beautiful warming spices. The chicken is Kronfågel indian and it’s a beautiful product. Served with warm and soft naan bread, a chilling mint yoghurt, a tomato salad and Mango pickle. Yum!
